We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Project Manager to join our NGO team and lead crucial operations with purpose and passion. 📌 Position: Project Manager – NGO Operations Location: Dhanbad Type: Full-Time | On-site Salary: As per experience and industry standards- Minimum 20k-25k Depneds on Profile+ Extra Benefits 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Identify and apply for new government/private tenders and NGO-related projects Draft proposals, quotations, and tender documents Lead fundraising campaigns and donor relationship management Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for audits and compliance Prepare project reports and documentation as required 🎯 Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, or related fields Minimum 2–3 years experience in NGO project/tender handling or admin roles Strong communication and drafting skills Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting Proficiency in MS Office and email communication Passion for social impact and community work
